About Dry River Wines
DRY RIVER was one of the first vineyards to be planted in Martinborough in 1979 on the very dry gravelly and free-draining area now known as the “Martinborough Terrace”. Cared for by a team of seven passionate wine lovers, our aim is to create individual, high quality regional wines which faithfully reflect their “terroir” and are suitable for long-term cellaring.
All wines are estate grown over approximately 12ha on the home, Craighall and Lovat vineyards. With a progressive attitude towards wine growing at the core of our philosophy, we are committed to organic farming practices, eliminating all systemic pesticides, insecticides and fungicides.
